Lead magnet funnels, version 2

Rebuilt against the lead magnet research. Both magnets are now diagnostics rather than downloads, both are named for the outcome rather than the mechanism, and both pages carry video, reviews and specified imagery. Brand basis remains gpni-brand-guidelines.md v1.0 with nothing invented outside it.

The Sports Nutrition Knowledge Check

Serves PNE Level-1 + ISSN-SNS. Hormozi's reveal-the-problem archetype: 40 questions drawn from the ISSN position stands produce a score and a gap breakdown, which creates the thirst the certification quenches. Module 1 is no longer the magnet, it is the reward inside the result. Score first, gate the interpretation.

Where should the full report go?

Two fields. Your score arrives with the gap breakdown, the position stands behind each question you missed, and access to the module that closes your largest gap.

You are not put on a call list. There is one follow-up email a week later asking whether the module was useful, and you can stop it in one click.

Why this check exists

Your clients ask nutrition questions. Answering them is the job.

Most coaches are asked about protein timing, creatine, hydration and supplements every week, and most were never taught where the evidence actually sits. The check shows you which of those questions you can already answer from the literature and which you are answering from habit.

Hero image slot · 16:9 · 2000px long edge A coach in conversation with a client in a gym or clinic setting. Even, credible light, natural white balance. Documentary register. No physique focus, no before-and-after, no supplement products in frame, per guidelines 7.3. Signed release required for every identifiable person.

What the certification lets you do

Give general, evidence-based sports nutrition guidance within your scope of practice, cite the position stand behind your advice, and hold the ISSN-SNS designation. It does not make you a Registered Dietitian and does not authorise medical nutrition therapy.

Continuing education credit

ACE 5.5, NASM 1.9, AFAA 1.5. Credit values and policies may differ from those published by the ISSN because of local regulation. Confirm with your own certifying body before you enrol.

Scope, terms and what this credential does not do

ISSN membership and listing

GPNi® certification does not automatically include ISSN membership. Students certified through GPNi® are not listed on the ISSN website unless they also hold a separate ISSN (U.S.) membership. A second ISSN examination is not required. Continuing education credit values and policies may differ from those published by the ISSN due to local regulations.

Practice regulation

Regulations governing sports nutrition practice differ by country and by state. Confirm the requirements that apply in your own jurisdiction. This certification is not a licence to practise, is not equivalent to a Registered Dietitian qualification, and does not authorise medical nutrition therapy, diagnosis or treatment.

What the knowledge check is

A self-assessment for your own use. It is not an examination, it carries no credit, and the result has no standing with the ISSN or any certifying body.

What changed, and why

The magnet moved from sample to diagnostic. Hormozi's three archetypes are reveal-a-problem, sample-the-solution, and one-step-of-a-process. Version 1 used the second. The research is clear that the first converts harder for a considered purchase, because a sample invites a verdict on quality while a diagnostic creates a gap the buyer now wants closed. Module 1 has not been dropped, it has been demoted from the offer to the reward inside the result, which is exactly the salty-pretzel sequence: solve a narrow problem completely, reveal the larger one.

The name now states an outcome. "Module 1, free" described a mechanism. "Score your sports nutrition knowledge" states what the buyer walks away with, and the sub-head carries the MAGIC elements: 40 questions, 10 minutes, five areas, drawn from the ISSN position stands. Specificity is the persuasion, which is what makes it work without a single banned word.

The score is shown before the gate. Three sample questions run with no signup, and the gate collects two fields, not four. Each additional field costs roughly 4 percent of conversion, and the quiz answers already do the segmenting that the role and country dropdowns were doing in version 1.

Video, reviews and imagery added as the client asked. One video, click-to-play, 75 seconds, founder to camera, captions on, above the fold as support rather than replacement. Reviews sit beside the benefit and again at the CTA. Imagery is specified rather than filled, because guidelines 7.3 bars stock models presented as students or faculty and bars any identifiable person without a release on file. Those slots become real photographs the moment releases exist.

Funnel 02

The CISSN Route Check

Serves PNE Level-2 Masters + ISSN-CISSN. Eligibility plus readiness, not eligibility alone. The verdict is personalised, the qualifying visitor is offered a real module from the Level-2 curriculum, and the non-qualifying visitor is handed to Funnel 01 rather than lost.

Where should the route summary go?

Two fields. You get your route in writing, the entry criteria it rests on, and a module from the Level-2 curriculum so you can judge the depth before you commit USD 1,487.00.

What changed, and why

Eligibility became eligibility plus readiness, and the verdict is now explicit. Version 1 returned a route. This version leads with a plain verdict tag, "you qualify" or "one step first", because the buyer's blocking question is binary and answering it in the first line is what makes the result feel like a diagnosis rather than a brochure.

A Level-2 module now ships with the summary. The research is unambiguous that a genuine sample of the paid product produces the highest free-to-paid conversion of any magnet type, because the person who completes it has experienced what buying feels like. On a USD 1,487.00 purchase that matters more than on the Level-1 page.

Route E is a handoff, not a rejection. The visitor who does not qualify is routed to Funnel 01 with the knowledge check offered, which converts the single largest source of wasted traffic on this page into the top of the other funnel.

The CEC renewal question moved into a consent checkbox. It captures the Pin 2 segment without adding a required field, keeping the gate at two.
